Leave your muddy wellies at the door and step into the The But ‘n’ Ben’s warmth. Visitors need only the willingness to enjoy their surroundings both outside and in.
A fully equipped kitchen is provided with everything to make the perfect Scottish evening supper including a cooker, microwave and fridge. A dishwasher and washing machine are also fitted in the kitchen.
When staying at Frenich Cottages there is no need to worry about bed linen, towels and utensils as all of our cottages have everything you need for a memorable stay.
The But ‘n’ Ben’s large bathroom provides a chance to relieve any achy muscles after a day of Scotland’s elements. The comfortable king-size bed in the quietly decorated bedroom is fitted with a feather mattress and duvet suitable for either summer or winter.
Feel like staying in? The But ‘n’ Ben has a wood burning stove*, freeview television, a DVD player and Wi-Fi. If that doesn’t suit then open the door and cook on the barbeque* and let time drift by while watching birds peck at the feeder or sheep graze and tend to their young. Nature’s show takes place 24 hours a day, is free, and is available to view from your seat in The But ‘n’ Ben.
*Please note that you will need to bring your own small logs for the stove and coals for the BBQ; both can be purchased in Aberfoyle.
